Designing a villa in such a remarkable location demanded high standards and meticulous planning. The owner’s primary request was to create clearly defined functional zones within the residence: a spacious family living area, guest suites, a spa & wellness section, children’s quarters, and independent service units for staff.
Ensuring that these areas provided privacy while maintaining a fluid and connected layout was one of the project’s key challenges. This approach allowed for ease of movement in daily life while preserving a distinct sense of personal space for each resident.
Every room was personalized according to the lifestyle and aesthetic preferences of its users. Natural materials, Mediterranean-inspired architectural details, and modern comfort elements were seamlessly blended under ENG Design & Construction’s holistic architectural vision, resulting in a living environment that embodies both elegance and functionality in perfect harmony.
PROJECT GOALS, TASKS AND CHALLENGES
Located in the tranquil coastal town of Göcek, Muğla, this 2022 villa project by ENG Design & Construction stands out with its spacious living areas that seamlessly unite contemporary elegance and the serene beauty of the Aegean. Surrounded by lush nature, the residence establishes an uninterrupted connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, reflecting a refined architectural language and a sophisticated approach to interior design.
The villa’s minimalist architectural concept is elevated by luxurious details and a harmonious palette of soft, natural tones inspired by its surroundings. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels flood the interiors with natural light, framing the landscape and creating a continuous dialogue between the inside and outside.
At the heart of the home, the double-height living area serves as an inviting gathering space, furnished with custom-designed pieces and carefully curated décor. Adjacent to it, the dining area combines comfort and elegance, turning shared moments into memorable experiences.
The upper floor, designed for privacy, offers intimate zones for rest, reading, and quiet conversation. Every material, texture, and proportion contributes to a calm and understated sense of luxury.
The master suite acts as a private sanctuary, balancing comfort and sophistication. Soft-textured fabrics, natural wood finishes, and a soothing color palette create an atmosphere of tranquility, while panoramic openings invite Göcek’s breathtaking views into the space.

Living Room
The palette of deep gray and natural tones unites modern minimalism with warm, tactile materials, creating a space that feels both sophisticated and inviting.
In the high-ceilinged living area, modular sofas blend comfort with elegance, while the marble-surfaced central coffee table serves as a refined focal point. Bedroom
A soft palette of gray and natural tones blends the calming essence of modern minimalism with Göcek’s serene coastal atmosphere.
Inside, a gracefully designed bed and simple bedside tables give the room a clean yet powerful character. The vertical lines on the wall panels emphasize the height and openness of the space, while the floor-to-ceiling glass doors bring the panoramic view seamlessly indoors.
Bathed in gentle natural light, the room captures both the fresh energy of the morning and the tranquil calm of the evening with equal harmony. The balcony connection transforms the bedroom into a living space intertwined with the outdoors, offering a constant dialogue between interior comfort and the surrounding nature.
Dining room
Balancing the elegance of dark tones with the warmth of natural textures, this dining room embodies a sophisticated interpretation of modern urban living.
The solid black stone dining table forms a striking contrast with the vibrant orange chairs, creating a refined yet dynamic harmony. In the background, a modular shelving system with wooden accents adds both functionality and aesthetic depth to the space.
Enriched with decorative objects and books, the shelves reflect the homeowner’s personal touch, infusing the room with a sense of intimacy. The soft reflections of light on matte surfaces further enhance the atmosphere, giving the dining area a warm and inviting character.
