Designing a villa in such a remarkable location demanded high aspirations and meticulous planning. The homeowner’s primary request was to clearly define functional zones within the space: expansive living and guest areas, private bedrooms, a dedicated spa and pool section, and independent service quarters for the staff.
A key challenge was to ensure that each area offered its own sense of privacy while maintaining a seamless spatial flow throughout the residence. This approach not only enhanced everyday functionality but also preserved an intimate atmosphere for every resident.
Each section was personalized to reflect the lifestyle and aesthetic preferences of its users. From the selection of natural materials to the placement of furniture, every detail was crafted to capture the Mediterranean spirit while emphasizing modern comfort.

PROJECT GOALS, TASKS AND CHALLENGES
Located in the heart of Ölüdeniz, the jewel of Muğla, this exclusive villa embraces the azure sea and lush greenery, offering a unique living experience that blends contemporary architecture with the natural elegance of the Mediterranean — a true signature of ENG Design & Construction.
The project’s most prestigious section is the main villa, spanning over 450 m² across two levels. From its panoramic terrace, residents can enjoy captivating views of Ölüdeniz, while the interior spaces are designed with a modern and refined aesthetic. The spacious living room, featuring modular seating arrangements, serves as both a visual centerpiece and a functional hub. Natural-textured armchairs and elegant coffee tables complement the warm, inviting atmosphere. Adjacent to it, the dining area features a sleek, minimalist table paired with comfortable chairs — creating an ideal setting for both everyday use and special gatherings.
The master bedroom, opening directly onto the terrace, stands out with its graceful bed design, a cozy sitting corner, and furniture in soft, calming tones that evoke serenity.
The outdoor design continues the visual harmony of the interior. Comfortable lounge sets placed along the terrace corners offer peaceful spots for rest and conversation, while the large dining table and modern chairs invite residents to enjoy the charm of Mediterranean evenings. Multiple lounge islands positioned throughout the property promise a seamless connection with nature at every hour of the day.

The serenity of light beige and ivory tones blends beautifully with the refreshing openness of the Mediterranean view, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The Minotti-designed modular sofa set, with its refined and contemporary lines, is positioned before the expansive glass façade overlooking the sea, offering both comfort and sophistication. The spacious marble dining table, paired with elegantly textured modern chairs, offers refined sophistication, while the custom-designed pendant lighting adds a touch of contemporary brilliance from above.
Expansive glass panels blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living, allowing natural light to highlight every detail of the space. On the side, the open bar area transforms entertaining guests into an experience that is both stylish and effortlessly comfortable.
Bedroom
Dominated by calm beige tones and natural wood textures, the master bedroom opens up to the soothing Mediterranean view through expansive glass façades that flood the space with light. The minimalist bed design, complemented by soft-textured linens and an elegant end bench, exudes understated sophistication, while the horizontal wooden wall panels add warmth and depth to the room.
Modern bedside lamps and a refined side table bring a touch of elegance to the simplicity of the design. The private terrace, directly accessible from the room, offers a serene retreat — perfect for welcoming the morning sun or watching the sunset over the tranquil landscape.
