Designing and constructing such a prestigious villa required high standards and meticulous planning. The homeowner’s primary request was a clear spatial organization, dividing the residence into distinct functional zones: expansive living areas, private bedrooms, an outdoor terrace and pool section, a dedicated spa & wellness area, and separate service quarters for the staff.
Each of these areas needed to be both independent and harmoniously connected, ensuring a fluid spatial experience while preserving privacy for every resident. This thoughtful balance provided effortless daily circulation without compromising comfort or intimacy.
Every section of the villa was personalized according to the owner’s lifestyle and aesthetic preferences. By combining natural materials, local textures, and modern design elements, ENG Design & Construction created a unique Mediterranean-inspired atmosphere. The result is an architectural composition that seamlessly unites functionality and elegance, offering a refined living environment where form, flow, and feeling coexist in perfect harmony.

Living Room
The color palette, dominated by warm beige and light gray tones, blends harmoniously with Kaş’s natural light and the Mediterranean view, creating a serene and calming atmosphere.
A spacious, comfortable seating arrangement with modern lines brings an airy sense of openness to the space, while elegant side tables and a natural-textured rug enhance its warmth. The built-in fireplace, extending along a wood-paneled wall, serves as both an aesthetic and functional focal point. Open Air Terrace
The spacious terrace, defined by soft beige and natural stone tones, seamlessly blends with the deep blue of the Mediterranean and the breathtaking landscape of Kaş.

The elegant harmony of soft ivory, beige, and gentle gray tones brings the serenity of the Mediterranean and the calm atmosphere of Kaş into the interior.
