Designing such an exceptional living space required both high standards and a meticulous planning process. The villa owner’s primary request was a clear functional separation of spaces: living areas for adults, guest rooms, a dedicated spa and wellness zone, and private service quarters for staff.
Equally important was ensuring that these distinct zones remained seamlessly interconnected, creating a fluid spatial flow that promotes ease of movement in daily life while maintaining a strong sense of privacy for each user.
Each section of the villa’s interior was personalized with unique design details that reflect the individual tastes and lifestyles of its residents. At ENG Design & Construction, we unified these diverse elements within a cohesive architectural language, crafting a living environment that is both functional and visually refined — a true harmony of purpose and elegance.
PROJECT GOALS, TASKS AND CHALLENGES
Located on the stunning coastline of Antalya – Kalkan, this villa seamlessly blends modern architecture with the natural beauty of the Mediterranean. Completed in 2022, the two-story residence stands out with its spacious interiors, expansive glass openings, and the fluid connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Light tones, natural stone textures, and warm wooden accents infuse the interiors with an atmosphere of tranquility and elegance. The generous living areas and carefully selected furnishings create an inviting environment that caters equally to social gatherings and everyday comfort.
Outdoors, panoramic sea-view terraces, an infinity pool, and shaded lounge areas offer the perfect opportunity to enjoy open-air living throughout the year. The master suite on the upper floor stands out as the home’s most exclusive retreat, defined by its sense of serenity and intimate connection to the sea.

Living Space
In the visual, light gray and earthy tones reflecting the warm and inviting character of modern architecture bring a sophisticated balance to the space. The Minotti-designed seating group, with its generous layout and comfort-oriented design, forms an inviting central focal point, while elegant side tables and modern lighting elements add aesthetic cohesion to the environment. In the background, the marble-detailed bar area stands out as both a functional and refined feature.
The open-plan layout ensures a seamless flow between the living, dining, and bar zones, creating an atmosphere that encourages social interaction. Shelving systems and decorative objects add an artistic character, completing the space with a sense of refined personality and harmony.
Dining and Bar Area
Thanks to its expansive glass façades, the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces dissolves, creating a seamless connection with the surrounding landscape. The elegant lines of modern architecture and sophisticated detailing define the overall atmosphere of the space.
At the heart of the living area, a Minotti-designed seating group unites comfort and refined aesthetics, while the marble-surfaced bar area serves as both a stylish focal point and a functional gathering spot. In the dining area, a large wooden table establishes a warm and inviting social setting.
Decorative lighting elements running along the ceiling emphasize the architectural rhythm and introduce a contemporary sense of dynamism. The open-plan layout ensures a smooth flow between different functional zones, creating an environment perfectly suited for both everyday living and special gatherings.
Master Bedroom
The bedroom, enveloped in natural wood wall and ceiling cladding, exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere while its expansive glass surfaces establish a strong connection with the outdoors. Neutral-toned textiles and a modern-lined bed introduce a sense of serene simplicity, while the soft-textured rug enhances overall comfort.
Minimalist bedside tables and elegant pendant lights seamlessly blend functionality with refined aesthetics. The open passage and shelving units that connect the room to the bathroom provide both transparency and spatial continuity. As a result, this space transforms into a luxurious and welcoming private retreat, offering calm and relaxation at any time of the day.
At the conclusion of this project, our goal at ENG Design & Construction was to create a living space that seamlessly combines modern architectural lines with luxury living standards, establishes a strong connection with nature, and reflects meticulous design in every square meter.
The use of natural materials within the interiors, complemented by expansive glass surfaces, allows daylight to become an integral part of the space, while functional design solutions ensure that each area delivers maximum efficiency in both aesthetics and usability.
From open-plan living areas to custom-designed bedrooms, and from social zones to spa and relaxation spaces, every detail was shaped according to the users’ lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.
This project is more than a residence — it stands as an architectural work that offers its residents comfort, privacy, elegance, and tranquility, meeting all the needs of modern living with refined precision.
