The primary request from the villa’s owner was to clearly define functional zones within the layout: a main living area, guest suites, a spa and relaxation zone, outdoor entertainment areas, and dedicated service quarters for staff.
Equally important as keeping these zones independent was ensuring a seamless connection between them — optimizing the flow of daily life. This approach provided both ease of use and privacy, allowing each family member to enjoy their own personal space.
Furthermore, each section was designed with custom details that reflected individual habits and aesthetic preferences.

Located in Kalkan, Antalya, overlooking the breathtaking Mediterranean panorama, this 1,000 m² villa began its design journey in 2024. Our main objective was to blend the clean lines of modern architecture with the warmth of the Mediterranean spirit, creating a living experience that is both luxurious and intimate.
We brought this vision to life through the harmonious use of natural stone, wood, and glass, spacious and bright living areas, carefully curated interior details, and functional solutions enhanced by advanced technology. Every space in the villa was meticulously planned to align with the lifestyle and habits of its residents.
Our goal was to create not only an aesthetically striking residence, but also a comfortable, nature-integrated home — a sanctuary designed to be lived in and cherished for many years to come.

Living Room

This home office, designed with the elegance of modern minimalism, is bathed in generous natural light. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels establish a direct visual connection with the surrounding garden, creating an open and refreshing atmosphere.
