Set on an elevated green landscape, the villa—planned on a single floor—offers panoramic views stretching across the Gulf of İzmir. From the moment of arrival, guests are welcomed by a natural stone walkway and a double-height glass entrance hall, filled with light and openness.

Inside, organic forms inspired by the 1960s, light-toned natural textures, and a neutral palette with smooth transitions dominate the design language. Enriched with carefully curated artworks, each space becomes a personal expression zone. In the living room, the Connery seating system takes center stage, while the dining area is defined by elegant, sculptural furniture. A transparent fireplace subtly separates the shared spaces, adding both warmth and sophistication.

From floor to ceiling, glass panels establish a seamless flow between the interior and exterior. The night quarters feature spacious terraces, intimate seating corners overlooking natural vistas, and calmly composed relaxation zones. The wellness area, illuminated by natural light and designed with soft furnishings, offers a soothing, restorative experience.

The outdoor living spaces are enhanced with social zones surrounding an infinity pool, complemented by an open-air dining area, barbecue station, and various lounge islands—all crafted to provide year-round comfort. Outdoor furnishings combine aesthetic appeal and functionality, perfectly blending with the surrounding landscape.
