About the Project
Location
MUĞLA, FETHİYE
Area
448m²

The primary goal of this project was to design a living space that seamlessly combines functionality and aesthetics. In line with the client’s expectations, practical solutions to simplify daily family life were integrated with modern architectural elements. Key features included a heated two-car garage, a separate entrance for children, an outdoor kitchen integrated into the main structure, and an optimized layout ensuring efficient use of every area.

One of the main challenges was to unify these multi-functional elements within a single architectural form while creating a facade design that both harmonizes with the natural surroundings and stands out visually.

The ENG Design & Construction team approached these objectives with meticulous attention to detail, achieving a result that elevates both user experience and architectural elegance to the highest level.

PROJECT GOALS, TASKS AND CHALLENGES

Everyone’s vision of the perfect façade is different. Some imagine soft lines that blend seamlessly with nature, while others prefer a bold architectural statement. Some are drawn to warm Mediterranean tones, while others favor modern, minimalist lines.

At ENG Design & Construction, we believe that a building’s façade should not only harmonize with its surroundings but also reflect the personality of its owner.

In our Muğla Fethiye project, we brought this philosophy to life — designing a residence that achieves perfect harmony with the coastal landscape while maintaining a sense of contemporary elegance. We are delighted to share the details of this special project and the unique elements that make it truly one of a kind.

Let’s take the first step together with a custom solution plan tailored just for you.

At the outset, our clients envisioned building a single-story home. However, to bring to life the striking design solutions we had in mind, a layered architectural approach was necessary. At that stage, we reached a mutual decision to add a second floor to the project. The upper level now includes the master bedroom, bathroom, and dressing area.

This change created an additional light-filled space over the terrace, giving the home a much more spacious, bright, and contemporary character.

Since our client owned two vehicles, the project required a spacious and functional garage. Designed as a fully enclosed and heated area, it provides an ideal solution for secure and convenient parking.

The generous floor area comfortably accommodates two cars while ensuring ample maneuvering space. Additionally, direct access from the garage to the house offers exceptional comfort and convenience—especially during the colder months.

For added practicality, a separate entrance to the children’s room was also incorporated at one end of the building. This allows children to go outside and play without having to pass through the entire house. In an environment where nature and fresh air are so close, spending time outdoors naturally becomes an essential part of everyday life.

Another noteworthy design solution was the integration of the summer kitchen into the main residence instead of constructing it as a separate building. Typically, spaces such as saunas or guest houses that are located away from the central living area tend to be underused. However, by combining all living spaces within a single structure, the design achieved a solution that is not only far more practical but also architecturally more engaging.

This home embodies a truly holistic approach to functionality. Equal attention was given to the exterior design as to the interior. Ceramic tiles and metal details emphasize the building’s architectural lines, while light-colored HPL panels stand out against darker tones to create a natural, balanced effect. The result is a structure that maintains timeless aesthetics and harmony with its surroundings, regardless of the season.

This project masterfully blends modern lines with warm textures, offering a living space that is both aesthetic and functional. The open and airy interiors allow natural light to flow freely throughout the space, while the carefully selected furnishings and materials reflect the unique character of each area.

In the living room, dark-toned furniture complements the clean, contemporary design, while the dining area comes alive with the vibrant energy of orange chairs. In the bedroom, calm gray hues merge with panoramic city views, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

Every corner of the home harmoniously integrates details that reflect the homeowner’s personal taste and lifestyle, bringing to life a timeless sense of elegance and comfort.
