The primary goal of this project was to combine the unique natural landscape and climate of Antalya Kalkan with modern architectural aesthetics, creating a living space that is both luxurious and highly functional. During the design process, expansive glass façades, spacious terraces, and high comfort standards were among the key priorities. The main tasks included planning in line with client expectations, architectural positioning based on the terrain slope and view orientation, as well as coordination of material selection and implementation processes.
The main challenges involved adapting to the region’s topography, constructing a stable and secure structure on sloped land, and using materials and techniques suitable for both the hot summers and humid winters of the Mediterranean climate. Achieving harmony among all these elements made the project not only aesthetically refined but also technically impeccable.

STRUCTURAL ADAPTATION
One of ENG Design & Construction’s signature design approaches is the creative interplay of canopies and base forms — a concept that is elegantly reflected in this villa project in Antalya Kalkan.
